Catalogue text

This painting is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Red Rock Art which states: 'Yoorlgooban is a great expanse of flat country punctuated by very dark hills or outcrops. Traditionally it is a very good place to hunt Kangaroos but once they get into the outcrops they are difficult to catch. The small hills in this country are significant to the artist, as each of them is dedicated to one of her grand-children and it is also near the artist’s name place of Mingmarriya.'
