This work is accompanied by a copy of the certificate of authenticity from Waringarri Aboriginal Arts which states: 'This painting is of Kelly's Knob - called Thegoowiyeng by the Miriwoong. It is a tall red rocky hill right in the town of Kununurra. It is one of the places mentioned by Rover Thomas in the Goorirr-goorirr song cycle.'
