This work is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity from Warakurna Artists which states: 'Myra Cook was born at a special place called Kartjinguku, a creek situated near Warakurna. This painting depicts a story about a Warnambi who travelled from Tjumunjarra rockhole near Lirrun. Hewent over the country travelling to a spring rockhole on the other side of the range. He meet warnambi people. Nothing more can be said about this story.'
